Victor Chan has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and in the field of compliance since 2004.  He joined Salman Partners compliance department in early 2006 and further developed his skills under the tutelage of the firm’s then CCO and UDP.

 Victor is a graduate of Simon Fraser University (Philosophy) and attained the CSI’s Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute designation in 2006.
